The Challenge to Educate our Children with True Science

We Educate our Children under the premise that true Science is not based on wishful thinking and obscure transitional assumptions. True science is based on truths, observed- even if unseen - time proven facts. 

Scholar Albert Cheng recently  published an eye opening and surprising study, where he stated:

"Students who are home schooled may attain a greater degree of self-actualization because homeschooling is highly conducive to personalized instruction and enables students to be taught a consistent worldview". 

Cheng stated further: "Second, the religious values taught in a homeschooling environment as well as in many religious private schools are consistent with political tolerance and other values necessary for a liberal democracy".

Percentage of students home schooled in the USA


According to the national center for education statistics, 36% of homeschooling families were primarily motivated by a desire to provide religious or moral instruction.

Another 38% said the primary reason they homeschool is because they don’t like the school environment or the way teachers teach—those numbers are also way up from a few years ago. 


Why do so many parent opt for home-schooling their children?

However, there are other more serious and compelling reasons.

Young People today, are subjected to an enforced secularism and God-lessness throughout the entire educational system.


“Militant secularism": Is a new approach and teaching methodology embraced by the mainstream (and most) media, presently enforced in public and even some Christian schools.

Today's secular education has adopted and forcefully hijacked teaching and learning through the lens of “methodological naturalism.”

It is presupposed that all faith claims are merely expressions of subjective preference. The only “true” truths are claims that are divorced from any supernatural context and impose no moral obligations on any of us.

Thus, all of us and specially our children today- without their parent's permission - are school bullied and subjected to an "enforced secularism", a blatant form of godlessness through their so called -  “accepted evolutionary theories” - they keep claiming is now a “fact". 


As an example of the above see the following textbook Textbook: Physical Science- CPO Science by Thomas C. Hsu, PhD. It is full of contradictory "evolutionary" ideas that have no place in a textbook designed for young age middle schoolers.

The idea in this textbook, as in the majority of "evolutionary" based textbooks is to control and subtly convince the young mind of our students that "evolution" is a fact.

Whereas, in reality, nothing can be farther from the truth. They mix facts, and without the student's notice, instantaneously convert from fact into allegory and wishful thinking that have nothing to do with science.

  Present Work, School and Universities Environment

The public school systems as well as some workplaces today are a “Pervasive cultural abandonment of morality".

No longer do we have in place moral absolutism. The idea that we are all governed by God-directed laws and morality who has the right to govern our ethics, spiritual and moral lives.

There is a new idea of objective and moral truth. That the—ethical norms that at one time were binding on all people—is unknown to most and is rejected by the majority in our country and in our world.

Today we give honor with all our might to the rise of a fad called theism, atheism as well as secularism and evolutionary ideas.

Some well founded, Christian based churches and universities are including "theistic" evolutionary teachings, and by adopting these half truths and false theories about man's creation, that are not true, are also contributing to this new moral relativism.

Some religious faiths have openly started and fanned flames of racism by publishing preposterous "evolutionary" ideas that some races are inferior to others.

Some faiths have stated: We "have no objection to credible scientific research that indicates the earth may be billions of years old."

These beliefs leave wide open the opportunity for the "millions of years that "evolutionists"-inventively-but-falsely use for life to evolve on earth.

A brilliant eight year old, home schooler made the following remark regarding this statement (that the earth was "millions of years old"): "It makes you wonder, what was God doing all those years while the earth was sitting millions of years idle?"

Christian churches teach "theistic evolution"

Examples of this new philosophy are all over the news. “Full of self-congratulatory swagger and blasphemous bravado, pop-level atheists such as the late Christopher Hitchens” make it cool to be a non-believer or even an atheist.

Personally, when I taught at a Christian university, one of my very brilliant and very accomplished students believed that we came from a single cell created by God, but that evolution over millions of years did the rest of the human development.

“Many millennials, though mostly 20-something Caucasian males, are enamored by books and blogs run by God-hating “thinkers.” The new reality of today is : “Our new God: Tolerance be Thy name”.

Why are we allowing our children (and ourselves) to be bullied by Atheists, Theists and elegant, but logically hollow theories ?

Some Definitions


Uniformitarianism ( the concept that the earth's surface and its contents was shaped in the past by gradual processes, rather than by sudden Divine Acts).

Secularists (rejection of religion and religious considerations) rule our children's schools and learning curriculum today.

False Tolerance


Tolerance today essentially means, “Because my truth is, well, my truth, no one may ever question any behavior or belief I hold.”

Haven't we all noticed that the new “standard” is now so ingrained in our country and in some of our youths that it is now impossible to rationally critique any of their beliefs or behavior without a backlash of criticism.

Some even claim they are being "judged" if we expose their evolutionary
eisegesis ("the process that.. introduces one's own presuppositions, agendas, or biases"), their false reasoning and circular logic.

You are now classified as anti-humanist, “imposing your religious views”, xenophobic, and all the other “phobic” adjectives that you can find in the dictionary if you question, defend your truth based scientific beliefs, and or oppose their radical and “freedom” thinking views.

The last decade and for much longer (2008-2017) the president of the United States, the government and some religious leaders have put "political correctness" ahead of scientific and biblical accuracy in our minds and hearts.

Alex McFarland, a Director for Christian World view and Apologetics at North Greenville University stated in his latest book: “Abandoned Faith: Why Millennials Are Walking Away and How You Can Lead Them Home.”  the following:

”Is it really any wonder that kids raised in the churches of 21st century America aren’t often stirred to lifelong commitment? Most churches are so occupied with “marketing” themselves to prospective attendees that they wouldn’t dream of risking their “brand” by speaking tough-as-nails truth”.

Secular and Godless philosophies are the order of the day.

It has been estimated that over two million children are currently home-schooled in the United States alone. Additionally there is an estimated 500,000 to one million children more that are being educated at home worldwide.

Home-schooled students have proven their capabilities in colleges and beyond the obvious.

Many teachers have been privileged to have university home schooled students in science and math classes that excelled beyond those who went to public school.

Despite this track record of success by home schooled children, some home-schooling parents, we are told, feel intimidated by the incoherent, erratic, and inconsistent claims that evolution is a proven fact and has to be taught in school as an essential foundation for their future success.

One very reputable and conservative home school web site wrote back to a concerned parent who asked them why they were teaching false science. They responded via email that it was up to the children (6 and 8 years old) to decide for themselves whether "evolution" was true or not. Therefore, they included it their science curriculum. How absurd.

If we can falsely and easily convince our university adult students that "evolution of man" is true, how do you expect your 8 and 6 year old child to be capable of detecting the truth from falsehoods ?

This is particularly a worry for parents and or students who desire careers in the sciences and medicine.

One lecturer and solid creation teacher stated: “Should Christian homeschooling parents believe the intimidating rhetoric of vocal theistic evolutionists who vigorously seek to get Christians to compromise Scripture and adjust it to fit into evolutionary paradigms?”

The lecturer ads, “When Christian parents compromise on scriptural truth by twisting it to make it fit with the claims of evolution regarding abiogenesis (that life arose from non-being, non-intelligent origins- from nothing, or even a single cell- Italics ours), the rise of biological complexity, and the age of the earth and universe, they risk causing irreparable, faith-damaging harm to their own children”.

In fact it has been shown that most medical doctors and most medical schools continue to consider evolution to be fairly irrelevant and useless to their practice. Blinded by the facts in the Chemistry field 

Coincidences of the gases balance in the Atmosphere



For instance, take Nitrogen (N2), Oxygen (O2), and Ozone Layer (O3). These gases are designed to be and located at the perfect altitude on earth.

These elements are placed there in order to defuse Gamma, X-rays, and Ultra-Violet rays as they hit our planet. (Plourde, 2014).

They are there for a specific and specially DESIGNED purpose so they can protect life on earth.  

All these rays are harmful radiation that come with high, intermediate, and moderate energy rays that would kill us were it not for those double and triple covalent compounds (Nitrogen, O2 and O3) respectively and strategically designed and put there. Not by chance.


Another "Coincidence

Take another "coincidence". If the electron's negative charge of the atom was different by even ONE billionth of 1% from the proton's positive charge, the resulting electro physical imbalance in the atoms would cause any sizable amount of matter in the universe to instantaneously explode (Dr. Jay L. Thus, Chemistry, an important integral in the medicine field, axiomatically teaches us there was an Intelligent Designer.

Nonetheless, an article on the Boston Globe under the misnomer of : “Brainiac. Illuminating thoughts from the world of ideas”, said in one of their blogs:

“There are signs that medicine is moving in the direction of evolutionary thinking. Both the revised Advanced Placement Biology curriculum and the new version of the MCAT, which debuts in 2015, will feature more questions about evolution".

"And Arizona State University, the University of California, San Francisco, and the University of California, Los Angeles all now have centers devoted to evolutionary medicine”. Any theory that tries to combine the evolutionary time frame with creation contradicts human logic, experimental and true science. It defies the mind and reasonableness. It just doesn't make sense, AT ALL.

All evidence points to an explosion (such as the Cambrian explosion) of life that "evolutionists" can not possibly explain with their "millions of years of evolution".

False Facts and obsolete teachings


Rice University through OpenStax, a free on line study resource, in one of its biology lessons stated:  "Archaeopteryx and Xiaotingia, for example, were flying dinosaurs and are believed to be early precursors of birds".

However, evolutionist Dr. Alan Feducia, contradicted that statement by saying: "one of the more famous alleged transitional fossils claimed by evolutionists is Archaeopteryx", and bluntly stated:

'Paleontologists have tried to turn Archaeopteryx into an earth-bound, feathered dinosaur. But it’s not. It is a bird, a perching bird. And no amount of ‘paleobabble’ is going to change that". (Emphasis added)

Other horse and human evolution false statements in OpenStax



A few pages later Openstax openly endorses evolution again as if it is a proven fact when, under fossils subheading, it says: "For example, scientists have recovered highly detailed records showing the evolution of humans and horses."

Nevertheless, Dr Niles Eldredge, curator of the American Museum of Natural History boldly, in stark contradiction to Openstax assertions, states: 

"I admit that an awful lot of that [imaginary stories] has gotten into the textbooks as though it were true. For instance, the most famous example still on exhibit downstairs [in the American Museum] is the exhibit on horse evolution prepared perhaps 50 years ago. Peter Hastie, writing on this subject then said. "The largest horse today is the Clydesdale; the smallest is the Fallabella, which stands at 43 centimetres (17 inches) tall. Both are members of the same species, and neither has evolved from the other".

Hastie concluded. "Why do science textbooks continue to use the horse as a prime example of evolution, when the whole schema is demonstrably false? Why do they continue to teach our kids something that is not scientific?"

Furthermore, Eric Lyons is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, stated in an blog regarding the horse evolution:

"Regarding horse evolution, the fossil record simply does not bear out what New Scientist writer Prothero claimed. In fact, due to the severe lack of fossil evidence linking the various horse “family members” together, even prominent evolutionists have abandoned the “horse evolution” argument. Prothero claimed that as far back as “the 1870s the iconic sequence of fossil horses was documented” (p. 35). Since that time, however, evolutionists such as Dr. George Gaylord Simpson have admitted, “The uniform, continuous transformation of Hyracotherium into Equus, so dear to the hearts of generations of textbook writers, never happened in nature” (Simpson, 1953, p. 125, emp. added). In a 2000 article that appeared in the journal Natural History, Dr. Stephen Jay Gould criticized science textbooks’ use of misinformation surrounding the evolution of horses. He wrote:

On Natural Selection and Mutations


"Natural Selection" is NOT evolution, as much as "devolution" as it limits the gene pool and degrades and or ultimately limits the "selection". http://creationwiki.org/Devolution

Mutations do not lead to upward and improved genetics. Instead they lead the way to damaged genes, in other words "devolution", and extinction, not "evolution".

Jerome LeJenune  a French geneticist who discovered the abnormality in humans that causes Down syndrome said:

The "theory" of "evolution" as taught in our schools is a SCAM and is FALSE, it is BAD.

It is full of inconsistent "facts" that add up to NOTHING. It is elegant but empty. It is not cohesive. It is a badly designed hypothesis. It is a collections of wishes, and eisegesis based terminology, that uses beautiful true science to poorly, but elegantly manipulate man's twisted and crafty ideas in order to ultimately teach false science. It comes from Atheists, and Theists, not from true science.

A well respected evolutionist and paleontologist once shamed the evolutionist world in a lecture to his colleagues in New York City.

What about the fossil record ?


The view that the earth (and its “fossil record”) is hundreds of millions of years old is highly questioned by reputable scientists, and the idea that we were formed in those hundreds of millions of years is FALSE. Geologic systems are far from certain and riddled with contradictions.

Evolutionary ideas need a major rethink

Can a single cell be re-Created ?


Evolutionists and practicing scientists are attempting to create life from a single cell.
However, they will never find spontaneous, already coded information, in any single cell, the same way it was originally coded for the "irreducible complexity" of those complex mechanisms.
They will never discover an already programmed carefully detailed information  coding system like the DNA structure of even a simplest living cell along with its chemical and physical "irreducible complexity". NOT "in billions of years".

You can not be a limper of two (2) opinions ! You can not believe in a single cell evolution - that God is an Impotent, and Handicapped person, while being Almighty at the same time. Would you leave an invention or design half way finished?

The most reliable textbook ever written says: You can not believe in "Jesus, the Last Adam", if there was no "First Adam" to begin with. (1Cor 15:45). Proteins then, is what ultimately converts our cells into the respective complex organs, the heart, the lungs, the incredible eye, the ear, bones, blood. Ultimately making us what we are, very complex humans.

Which one came first? The blood cells, the lungs, the heart, the liver? Or did all at the same time come at once? Could anything have survived without all of those "irreducible complex" organs?

 An un-intelligent, origin of life scenario needs to explain the origin of this incredible complex information processing system. There is not enough "millions of years". Evolution is out of the question.

Even the simplest cell could not have spontaneously sprung from nothing with all that intricate information system built-in. Much less that of an intricately and exponentially complex human cell !

What about "Junk DNA"? There is no such thing.

Thus, the teachings of "evolution" and the misnomer "Junk DNA" have proven to be false. This new finding is no imagination, nor "story telling". It is true science.

Information Systems Require an Intelligent Programmer


The source of living beings is the information system and not just the purely chemical or physical characteristics of their makeup.

There is not enough “millions of years” as claimed by evolutionists, for the miracle of life with its information system in the DNA molecules, for life to have occurred from nothing. Their pursuits will be used for other useful things, but never to prove that we came from a non-existing being.

Just as you will never be able to convince any Computer or IT Scientist that a pile of silicon, metal, plastic material, gold, and wires would self create into an IBM mainframe computer or even a lowly, humble laptop in a period of 4 and ½ billion years via chemical reactions, physical reactions, and millions of volts of electrical discharges. Would you ? Or could you successfully convince anyone with a fairly intelligent level that such an intellectual accomplishment came from a Big Bang?

The Iphone: An invention by Chance?


What about your Iphone. Did not Steve Jobs and others create and co-create the Iphone you hold in your hands?

Respectfully Steve Jobs is not here today, but would anyone dare say that because he is not present, that his invention did not take place by him and others? That he didn't design or help design it?

That his invention was simply a pure chance of his imagination? Worse yet, that is was in the making through millions of years and that it came about by a simple chance of millions of volts of applied electricity and a goop of silicon material that haphazardly came together in an obscure lab at Silicon Valley?

That would not be a very respectful nor honoring way of remembering a brilliant, intelligent person, engineer and inventor.
Well meaning scientists and or chemists may one day be able to re-produce a simple replica (or even a complex replica) of the DNA and or the chemical composition of a single or multiple cells. However, that would simply mean that it took someone INTELLIGENT with a very sharp sense of ability, education, training and mathematical ability to re-create life.

A re-creation of life is just what the word means: Re-CREATION.
It would have taken the incredibly arduous effort, preparation, scholarly study, huge amount of knowledge and the relentless work of an INTELLIGENT person to get to that point. Unless we take away the credit of that brilliant chemist or physicist no one would dare claim that theirs was not an intelligent accomplishment but a simple matter of mindless “chance”.

However, when Christians reply that they don't know the origin of an Intelligent Creator, they are accused of being religious and naively believing in "blind faith".

It is like saying to your friend standing next to you: "We have no idea if the IPhone actually exists" as you answer an incoming call on the latest version of Apple's IPhone.

Evolution is a false religion that is taught in schools as "science". The "magic" of millions of years and millions of accidental "natural selections" or goo-to-you evolution is held out as an explanation of creation.

What about the Big Bang "Theory" and the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) ?

 When everything else fails, just throw in the "Millions" if not a few Billions of Years


Thus, evolution theories leave that part up to you to figure out with your imagination via the millions of years of time line.

Evolution theories always add the "magic mix" of millions of years idea to the explanation of un-intelligent creation. The most reliable textbook ever written doesn't waiver, it unequivocally states: In the Sixth Day, [Someone]-God created humans.

(Then God said, “And now we will make human beings ; they will be like us and resemble us. They will have power over the fish, the birds, and all animals, obdomestic and wild,[d] large and small.” 27 So God created human beings, making them to be like himself. No ! this Creator did NOT create a single cell to find its way through "millions of years of mutations".
Would you start to design and implement any thing, a computer, a TV, a car, a bridge, a sumptuous meal for your neighbor to finish it , or start anything, and then leave it for "luck" to get it done?

That's NOT what the Bible says. God is not lazy. God, the Creator,  like you and us intelligent persons likes to get things done, and finish what He starts !. So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. Isa 55:11

The motivation to leave God out of the picture.


If everything came about by natural processes—without a Creator, or a God in the picture—then, we don't owe anything to this Creator. He does not own us and has no right to tell us how to live.

Danny R. Faulkner, PhD who earned graduate degrees in physics and astronomy and taught at the University of South Carolina Lancaster for over 26 years said in one his lectures :“The God issue is not an intellectual one but rather one issue of the heart”.

Indeed, despite the FACT that we have all the evidence to show that a Creator, The God of the Bible was the originator of life, it is self-evident that, “The God issue is not an intellectual one but rather one issue of the heart”.

Psalms 14:1 says it gently but decisively. “ The fool says in his heart, "There is no God."
Let us teach our children the wisdom from above, the God like wisdom that will make them successful and respectful citizens of a non- God like world.

That is why the Bible encourages, "You shall teach them to your sons (and daughters, italic ours), talking of them when you sit in your house and when you walk along the road and when you lie down and when you rise up. "You shall write them on the door posts of your house and on your gates”. Deuteronomy 11:19,20
Does this sound like the majority of our teaching must take place from home? Even, if circumstance demand we have to send our children to public schools, our home teaching moments must be based on the best textbook ever written, the Bible.

 

Home-Schooling or home training in a Godly way is the answer.


We are doing fine by teaching our children God's Wisdom and true Science at home (home schooling) in a way that never contradicts the Bible - the most reliable textbook.

The Truth we teach is that Life's origin and its intricate mechanisms are evident in the Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Genetics, Biology, Geology, the human cell and its miraculous DNA structure. That all of this is the product of an Intelligent person, A Creator.

Chemistry with its orderly Table of Elements points to an intelligent creator, inventor, originator. It is predictable not chaotic as "evolution" demands over "millions of years".

Order does not come from disorder. Thermodynamics 2nd law does not change for evolutionists. Neither do Entropy laws change over millions of years. They are both laws that support Creation, not "evolution".

We are going from order to disorder, (in a closed or open system) not the contrary as "evolutionists" want to trick us into believing.

We do not trust "evolutionists" with the teaching and training of your children. They do not teach logic. They teach rhetoric and made up stories.

Would you trust less informed teachers, even well meaning instructors with Ph.D's to educate your children with hypothesis, theories and fables that took place "millions of years ago", instead of true science that teaches that all things are the products of laws and consequence of someone's work, from an INTELLIGENT originator?

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. (Newton's Third Law of Physics.). God is the First Action that created all things. He is the First Source of energy. Energy can never be destroyed or created, it can only be exchanged. God's energy is the source of all Humans and all living creatures. 

Would you trust a system and their educators that indoctrinate our children that their work and their ULTIMATE success depends on chance. That perhaps after innumerable tries, they may just succeed just as man's arrival to the world took place over "millions and millions of years"?

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments" Proverbs 14:8

Thus, it is imperative that we should teach ourselves and our children The Truth about science.
